Replacement and Refund Policy

Replacements

Due to our items here at 330 Gift Store being customized and made to order, we do not accept returns. We will, however, make every attempt to reproduce your custom order to your liking. 

If the final product is damaged, distorted, incorrect, or of poor quality in any way, we will replace the item free of charge, including shipping. To start your replacement, please send us pictures of any of the above, along with your name and order number to returns@330giftstore.com. We will reach out to you to discuss your replacement options within 24-48 hours.

If in the event the error was caused by you, the customer, such as incorrect dates, incorrect spelling, poor quality photos, etc. unfortunately we will not be able to replace the item for free. We will, however, ensure that your replacement is made quickly and reshipped in a timely manner.

If within 7 days of receiving your item you discover that it has been damaged via shipping, we will replace the item for you at no cost. Please send pictures of the shipping box and damaged product, along with your name and order number to returns@330giftstore.com. We will reach out to you to discuss your replacement options within 24-48 hours.

Refunds

If you, the customer, refuse to utilize any of the above replacement steps, we will issue you a refund. The refund amount will be the cost of the item, minus any shipping fees incurred by 330 Gift Store (this applies if your cart total provided you with free shipping). 

The product that you no longer want must be returned to 330 Gift Store before we initiate your refund. The return shipping will be paid by you, the customer. Please send your unwanted product, along with the packing slip to: 3732 Fishcreek Rd, STE 912 Stow, Ohio 44224. 

Your refund will be initiated the same day that we receive your item (if it is a banking business day). Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as this timeframe is determined by your financial institution.
